How do I get started?

Click the “I Want to Schedule an Appointment” button on our Contact Page. Fill out a short online form, and you’ll be ready to schedule your first session.

Where are your offices located?

Our administrative office is based in Liverpool, United Kingdom. We offer appointments to clients around the world via Microsoft Teams, a free and easy-to-use application compatible with computers, tablets, and smartphones.

What do I need for an online deliverance session?

We use Microsoft Teams for all online sessions. To participate, you’ll need:

  • A computer, tablet, or smartphone

  • A webcam (or camera and microphone)

  • A high-speed internet connection

  • A headset or earbuds (recommended)

We do not conduct phone-based deliverance, as face-to-face interaction is essential. We also do not use Skype, FaceTime, or Zoom.

What are your hours of operation?

Our standard hours are:

  • Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (GMT, UK)

  • Saturday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM (GMT, UK)

We work with clients across multiple time zones and can accommodate scheduling accordingly.

What happens during the first session?

The initial session is a time to share your concerns. Our team will:

  • Listen carefully and ask key questions

  • Take detailed notes to understand your background

  • Determine if we are a good fit for your needs

  • Propose a next step or ministry plan if appropriate

How long are the sessions?

Most initial consultations last 50 minutes. Some services may require a double session, which will be discussed in advance.

What is the cost of your services?

We offer a sliding scale fee structure based on family income to make our services accessible.
See details here: Pricing Info

Do you accept insurance?

No, we do not accept insurance. Payment is due at the time of service for in-office sessions and must be made in advance for online appointments.

How do I pay?
  • In-office: Cash, cheque, credit, and debit cards

  • Online clients: We use secure Stripe invoicing for card payments

How do I know you can help me?

The first session helps both you and our Healing & Deliverance Ministers discern if we’re the right fit. If we feel we’re not best suited to help, we’ll let you know and may suggest alternatives.

If we believe we can support you effectively, we’ll present a tailored ministry plan for your consideration.

With extensive experience in Christian Healing and Deliverance Ministry, we’ve seen many lives transformed—and we’re committed to helping you experience the same.
